Having issues with the app? Here are some tips to get you back on track.

Kill and Restart the App

If you are familiar with how to kill an App through the Fast App Switcher on iOS, you may want to try and kill the app and reopen it. If you are not familiar with how to do this, the simplest way to fix the issue may be to restart your iOS device.

Restart your Device

We have found that some issues are easily resolved by restarting your iOS device. Please try restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch to see if this fixes any problems you may be having.

Re-download and Reinstall the App

We hope you don’t need to do this, but sometimes if a restart doesn’t work you can fix the problem be re-downloading and installing the app. This will remove any data and temporary files which might be causing problems with the app. Any saved teams or settings will be lost in this situation.
